According to a report from Mid-Day, Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, and Utekar are collaborating once again for a profound love story. A source shared with the publication, “The story is currently being developed. It has the flavour of hinterland India that Laxman does so well, but this time he is exploring an intense subject, unlike Luka Chuppi that offered a light-hearted take on live-in relationships.”
“Dates will be the real problem. If everything falls into place, the film could go on floors early next year. A final call will be taken post-August once the script is locked,” the source further added.
While this reunion is certainly exciting, coordinating their busy schedules may present a real challenge. Kartik Aaryan is currently occupied with Anurag Basu’s upcoming project and will also be involved in Naagzilla and Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri for the remainder of the year. Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon is busy with Tere Ishk Mein opposite Shahid Kapoor, and rumours suggest she may also join the cast of Don 3. Notably, Kriti last collaborated with director Laxman Utekar for Mimi (2021), a role that earned her a National Award.
