Talking about turning singer with Metro… In Dino, Aditya Roy Kapur said, “The one thing that the fans might discover that they’ve never seen before is that I’m singing for the first time, I’ve always sung but more for myself and my friends. I’ve never sang officially in a film so this is going to be the first time that I’m singing in the movie and it happened quite organically actually.”
He continued, “Because the format of the film is musical, Dada wanted me to come in and give it a shot and it seemed like it’s stuck and it worked out so that’s definitely a new things for the fans to see me sing on the screen and that’s going to be fun.”
With music at the heart of this film, Aditya’s decision to sing was not a planned move but something that happened “organically,” as he puts it. This musical outing will give audiences a chance to hear his voice in a whole new light, making the performance both personal and immersive.
