Now, Akshay may team up with director Siddharth Anand for an exciting new project. According to a report by Mid-Day, Akshay is in talks for a folklore-inspired horror film produced by Siddharth Anand under his banner, Marflix. The story will focus on a father-daughter relationship and feature strong visual effects. A debut director will helm the film.
The report says that Akshay was approached with the script a few months ago and has shown interest, although he has not officially signed on yet. Fans are eager to see him explore the horror genre for the first time in years.

The comedy film stars a huge cast including Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, and many more.
