Alia Bhatt shares a good bond with her sister Shaheen Bhatt. The actress often shares cute and funny pictures featuring Shaheen on her Instagram. The duo’s photos together are proof of how close they really are. Speaking of that, on Friday, Alia took to her Instagram Stories and gave a glimpse of how much she relies on sister Shaheen. And well, if you’ve a sister you might relate to it.

Alia Bhatt shared a screenshot of her chat with Shaheen where she’s taking her sister’s suggestions on what to eat. The actress texted her sister, “I’m trying to think. But I can’t. Maybe poha.” To this, Shaheen replied saying, “You’ll eat it also and be like not worth it. Maybe I suggest Dahi chawal and aloo fry.” Alia quickly responded saying, “Okay that’s hot,” followed by Shaheen’s message that reads, “And poha for brekkie.” Alia shared the screenshot and wrote, “Just an example of how much I rely on my sister” and a heart emoji. Well, we love their cute banter.

Alia tied the knot with Ranbir Kapoor in 2022 and they have a daughter named Raha. Recently, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shaheen recalled Alia’s wedding day. She revealed that she had tears in her eyes the first time she saw Alia as a bride. She told us, “I couldn’t see as I just had tears in my eyes. It was for me really overwhelming and emotional moment. But I actually have no idea how anybdy else was dealing with it because I was so overall by myself.”
Furthermore, Shaheen spilled the beans on her equation with Ranbir and called him a ‘wonderful addition to the family’. “Ranbir and I are similar,” said Shaheen.

On the work front, Alia has Vasan Balan’s Jigra. Apart from starring in it, Alia is also co-producing it. It will release on 27th September, 2024. On the other hand, Ranbir has Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal which releases on 1st December, 2023.
