Aryan Khan made an impactful entry into the world of films and filmmaking not in front of the camera – like his father, Shah Rukh Khan and sister, Suhana Khan, but by putting on the director’s hat. Aryan’s debut show – The Ba***ds of Bollywood, released on Netflix on September 18 and was loved not only for the star cast’s acting capabilities but also for the Aryan’s direction and writing skills.
During a recent interview, Aryan open up about the satirical action comedy and working with two of the biggest star’s of Bollywood – Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Read on to know all he shared.
Aryan Khan On Working With Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan In The Ba***ds of Bollywood
While interacting with GQ recently, Aryan Khan revealed that he was the voice behind Salman Khan’s iconic cameo in The Ba***ds of Bollywood. During the interview, the star-kid-turned-director turned revealed, “Fun fact, in the show when Salman Khan says, ‘What party? Bullshit party,’ that’s actually me.”
During the same chat, Aryan also opened up about working with his father, Shah Rukh Khan, in the series. Recalling SRK being absolutely hilarious on sets, Aryan said, “He’s (SRK) the easiest person to work with.” He further added, “He knows exactly what to do, how to do it. And when he’s on set, everyone else behaves exceptionally well.”
Has Aryan Khan began working on The Ba***ds Of Bollywood 2? Providing clarity, the filmmaker said, “I have two or three projects I want to develop, but nothing’s locked in yet. This year is about sitting down, writing, and shaping whatever comes after.”
