Iulia Vantur On Bollywood’s Work Culture
Speaking about the work culture in the Hindi film industry, Iulia Vantur highlighted the unwavering dedication she has observed over the years. “People in Bollywood are extremely passionate. They work any time, any day and any hour,” she said. Offering advice to those aspiring to join the industry, she added, “Most people who work here are deeply committed to what they do.”
According to Iulia, rigid schedules simply don’t exist in Bollywood. “There is no fixed schedule here. People work any day, any hour, and I honestly like that,” she said, calling the unpredictability both challenging and exciting.
Friendships In Bollywood
Opening up about friendships in the industry, Iulia shared that genuine bonds cannot be forced. “Friendships happen naturally. They form when you resonate with someone and are in the same frame of mind,” she explained.
Addressing the common perception that friendships in Bollywood are often driven by benefit or clout, Iulia said the phenomenon isn’t unique to the film industry. “It’s the same in every field. People can sense when connections are real and when they are not,” she noted.
Drawing from her own experience, she revealed that even back in Romania, she kept her circle small. “I never had many friends from the industry because you don’t always know whether someone wants to be friends with you or with your image,” she said.
With time, Iulia has learned to guard her energy. “Now I don’t open up to anyone easily. I do so only when I genuinely feel that a person’s energy is good for me and that I’m comfortable in their presence,” she shared.
Firm about her personal boundaries, the singer added that she consciously distances herself from negativity. “I stay away from people who have bad vibes and gossip. I never liked gossiping,” she concluded.
Today, Iulia Vantur continues to shape her Bollywood journey with passion, authenticity and clear boundaries, focusing on meaningful work and genuine connections.
