In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Patralekhaa recalls her sindoordaan moment at the wedding to her now husband Rajkummar Rao.
Patralekhaa Reveals Reaction To Rajkummar Rao Asking Her To Apply Sindoor On His Head
When shown the picture from their wedding, Patralekhaa revealed, “So I’ll tell you what happened, we were in the mandap, and we had even told the pandit ji, ‘Please jaldi jaldi karo, 2-3 ghante ki shaadi nahi chahiye, just finish it in 45 minutes.’ Okay? And we were chilling, we were having fun, and then he put the sindoor on me. And then he’s like, ‘You also put it.’”
She added, “And I’m like, ‘What?’ He’s like, ‘Haan, lagao.’ It was so momentary, I don’t even think he had decided this before coming to the mandap. These things can’t be planned. I don’t think this was all emotion. I was so overwhelmed, I was like, dude, I felt like the luckiest girl on Earth that day.”
