Jisshu Sengupta REVEALS Money Is Why He’s Ready To Play Husband To Strong Woman Characters

Jisshu Sengupta, who was last seen in Dabba Cartel, was asked during the Trial Season 2 trailer launch event why he chose to play the husband’s role of a strong woman. The actor gave a jocking yet blunt reply to this question, stating he doesn’t think so much.

Jisshu Sengupta On Playing Strong Woman’s Husband Roles

When asked how he feels playing the role of a husband to powerful women characters, Jisshu Sengupta answered, “Brilliant, love it.”

Continuing the same question, the actor was asked why he chose to play this role, and he answered, “Paisa (jockingly)”. Jisshu continued, “Money, it is…whatever I am asked for, they have paid me and I did it. I will be very honest, I don’t think so much, aapne itne sochke question kiya hain. If I like my part, I will do it.”

Speaking of, if such roles feel repetitive, the Dabba Cartel actor said, “Agar audience ko nahi lagta toh mujhe kyun? Till the director keeps taking me in such roles, I would do it.”
