When asked what’s the inspiration he has gotten from Salman Khan and Kangana Ranaut, Munawar said, “Aapse (Jockingly). Aapse inspire hua hoon, ki besharam hoke sawaal pucho. Nahi, you are very sweet, main aapko humesha dekhta hoon. Keheta haina ki hum har jagah jaao, jaahan se aapko kitne bhi cheezein sune milti hai achi cheeze utha lo. Jo aapko lagta hai ki aap nahi kar paaoge, jo aapke hisaab se thik nahi ho woh mat uthaao. Aap apne hisaab se waahan se cheeze uthaao, samjhlo ki saamne wala insaan kuch keh raha hai, woh apne experience aur journey se kahe raha hai.”
He added, “Kangana ke saath main yeh cheez sikha tha ki she was very professional on set. I don’t think she was ever late on set. Woh kabhi bhi late nahi hoti thi set pe, tabh pata chalta hai ki kaam aise bhi ho sakte hai. Aaj bhi mujhe jo time bataya tha main uss time pe aagaya tha. Salman bhaai se late aana sikha hai toh kahi late jaana sikha hai. Unse maine kind hona sikha hai, he’s very kind. Aur inke jitna koi kind ho hi nahi sakta, hume pata hai hum sunte hai unki kahaani. Toh hum sochte hai unki jitna kinda how chahiye, aas paas ke logo ko koi pareshaan na kare. Help karo.”
Munawar On Why He’ll Never Host Bigg Boss
Speaking of, if he will host Bigg Boss if Salman Khan is busy, he said, “Bigg Boss show mein host nahi karna chahta. I will be very honest, ki woh jo Salman bhai karte hai woh, kar paate hai weekend pe woh unki jagah pe koi aur nahi kar sakta. I have learnt kindness from him.”
Munawar’s Upcoming Projects
Munawar Faruqui made his acting debut in the web series First Copy. It will stream on Amazon’s MX Player. He is also part of the Hotstar series The Society, where he plays a prisoner. He recently released a music video and is known for his stand-up comedy shows, reality show appearances, and brand endorsements.
