Priyanka responded by sharing the poster herself, writing, “She’s more than what meets the eye… say hello to Mandakini.” In the poster, she is seen wearing a bright yellow saree, holding a gun pointed at her enemies, embodying a fearless and powerful persona that echoes her previous commanding roles in Bollywood and Hollywood.
Meanwhile, the first look of the film’s antagonist, Kumbha, played by Prithviraj Sukumaran, was also revealed. Prithviraj shared a menacing image of himself sitting on an automated wheelchair, describing his character as “the most complex mind I have ever played.” He wrote on X, “Presenting KUMBHA… Ready for you @urstrulymahesh It’s game on @priyankachopra. Globe Trotter, also known as SSMB29, is SS Rajamouli’s next big project following the blockbuster RRR, which starred Ram Charan and Jr NTR. The film’s final title has yet to be announced. Mahesh Babu is expected to portray a “tough explorer” in this high-budget, grand-scale adventure, with an estimated budget of $116 million. Production began earlier this year in Hyderabad, with extensive shoots in Odisha and across various African locations, marking one of India’s most ambitious cinematic endeavours.
