Access to our “Inner Circle” intelligence requires the creation of a secure user account.

• Account Integrity: You are the architect of your own credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• MFA Requirement: To protect high-value intelligence, we may require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Corporate Accounts: If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a corporation or institutional investor, that entity is legally responsible for your compliance with these Terms.

SaaS Features & “Inner Circle” Access

The Metropolitan India provides sophisticated digital tools beyond static reading, including AI-driven predictive analytics and curated economic dashboards.

• Service Levels: We strive for 99.9% uptime, recognizing that global leaders require 24/7 access to information. However, downtime for critical system upgrades (AI-native re-engineering) may occur.

• Modification of Services: We reserve the right to deploy updates, “hotfixes,” and new feature sets without prior notice to enhance the user experience.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our digital environment is a sanctuary for high-level discourse. We strictly prohibit:

• Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to extract the source code of our mobile apps or the logic of our AI-driven “Economic Engine.”

• Data Scraping: Automated extraction of our deep-tech reports or nation-builder databases using bots, crawlers, or scrapers is a breach of service.

• System Abuse: Any attempt to bypass paywalls, circumvent regional content locks, or perform stress tests (DDoS) on our servers will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.

AI-Native Features & Generative Content

• AI Accuracy: While our AI models are trained on high-authority data, the output is for guidance only. Users should cross-reference AI-generated summaries with the full-text editorial reports.

• Input Data: Any data you input into our interactive dashboards (e.g., investment preferences) is processed according to our Privacy Policy but remains your intellectual property.

API Usage & Third-Party Integrations

For institutional partners, we may provide API (Application Programming Interface) access to our data streams.

• API License: API access is granted under a separate “Enterprise Agreement.”

Payment, Renewals, and SaaS Billing

Service Termination & Data Portability

• Termination by User: You may deactivate your account at any time.

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate service for “Force Majeure” events or if your account poses a security threat to our digital infrastructure.

• Data Export: Upon request, “Inner Circle” members may export their saved research and preferences in a standard JSON or CSV format, respecting the principle of data portability.

Disclaimer of Technical Warranty

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” While we architect for perfection, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free, that the AI will always be perfectly accurate, or that the digital ecosystem is immune to sophisticated cyber-threats.

Limitation of Liability (Technical)

In no event shall The Metropolitan India be liable for any loss of data, corrupted files, or system failures resulting from your hardware’s incompatibility with our high-end digital interface.

Updates to Terms of Service
