BIGHIT MUSIC initiate legal measures

Korean Pop stars taking their own lives due to online and offline trolling has been making waves for the past few years but BTS’ production label BIGHIT Music will not allow it to happen to them. They have taken legal routes to ensure the safeguarding of the global pop band warning the trollers of the grave consequences that can potentially come their way in case of persistent hate.

BTS have been registered as criminal complaints

Issuing their quarterly notice regarding the legal proceeding the agency revealed that three categories of offensive crimes targeting the BTS have been registered as criminal complaints.

Taking to the internet, the BIGHIT production label revealed the following to the fans:

  

The BIGHIT website while launching the notification expressed a message to the effect of  on Weverse on September 29, BIGHIT MUSIC detailed the measures they are taking to defend BTS in particular from online bullies. They emphasized that they frequently conduct legal investigations against various forms of hate speech. Contrary to what the critics may believe, the corporation never makes meaningless threats.

They have submitted further complaints against the individuals that made BTS the subject of hatred, particularly against one account that has repeatedly circulated false information about them in internet groups. In the legal processes, BIGHIT MUSIC used evidence obtained by ARMYs and company-owned resources.

They disclosed that the business has a procedure they adhere to when dealing with trolls. This entails keeping an eye out for questionable accounts and obtaining proof from supporters before reporting the haters to the appropriate authorities. The business was able to bring the worst of them to the prosecutor’s office so that they might be dealt with appropriately as a result.

BTS’s Jin released a comment on the legal proceeding saying, “I wonder what the malicious commenters did to go to prosecution? They’re really out there just looking for trouble.”
